Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks (unless faulty).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional events.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email our Customer Care team at enquiry@gmv.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RAN, and ship them to the return address provided.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or a faulty item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error or a faulty item.
  • Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at enquiry@gmv.com.au. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

7. International Returns

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Ensure compliance with all customs and import regulations when returning items.
  • Refunds will be issued in Australian Dollars (AUD), and any currency conversion fees or differences will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider for pending transactions.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
